I can't speak highly enough of Ziggy at Warrnambool Veterinary! He went above and beyond when our dog got a fishing hook stuck in her tongue at the beach. Ziggy stayed after hours to make sure she was well taken care of, showing incredible kindness and patience through the entire ordeal. He took the time to explain everything to us clearly and even stayed with us while she came out of sedation, making sure we felt reassured and informed. His care and dedication made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Highly recommended! 👌
